What Every… Needs to Know About Palliative Care
How much time will it take me to complete the course?
The course, including the reading and learning activities, includes approximately 1½ hours of content, however your exact time to completion will vary.
I can’t take the course during work hours, when is the course taught?
The course is ready and available for you to take immediately upon registration and can be taken at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Does completion of the course provide me with a certification credential?
Upon successful completion of the course you will be able to access a certificate of completion. Please note that this course does not convey a credential or accreditation of any kind.
When is payment due?
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. At this time payment plans or financial aid are not available.
Are there discounts for groups?
Group discounts are available for registrations of five or more for this course or any course in the What Every… series. Contact us directly to learn more at 760-750-4006.
Can I pay by P.O.?
Yes. Please send all of the contact information for the participant, any required forms, and contact information of the party handling the PO to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not send any credit card or personal information via email. Please call if you have questions – 760-750-4006.
Do I need to be online at certain times?
No. Participants can begin and end this course at a time that is convenient for you.
Will a letter grade be issued for the course?
No. The program is a pass/fail program. However, if your organization requires proof that you have passed the course for reimbursement purposes, the CSU Institute for Palliative Care can issue a letter to you stating you have passed the course. Please call 760-750-4006 to arrange for your letter.

Continuing education credit hours are available for most of the What Every… series courses. See each course for specifics. Some courses offer CMEs.
What is the refund policy? There are no refunds on self-paced courses.
