Registration fees include admission to all sessions, all meals and breaks, poster reception, and exhibits.
Registration can be performed with a credit card online payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside The United States, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorize them to allow the charge to the USA to go through.
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.

Refunds and Cancellation
Should you be unable to attend the Symposium, you must make your withdrawal notification in writing to the Institute at least three working days before the first day of the event for a full refund. Refunds or transfers will not be issued after the Symposium begins or if you’ve accessed the course material online at any time.
Registrations are non-transferable.
Written requests for refunds must be sent to the CSU Institute for Palliative Care by fax to 760-750-3119, or via email to email@example.com.
Refunds will be issued 30-45 days following the Symposium.
We value your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will never be sold to third parties. It will only be used for communications you requested by virtue of your registration for the Symposium, and to related services provided by the exhibitors and supporters present at the Symposium.
By attending the Symposium, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the CSU Institute for Palliative Care permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
The CSU Institute for Palliative Care, its planning partners and supporters will make their best attempt to present the program as presented on this website. We reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the symposium, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The CSU Institute for Palliative Care and its planning or supporting partners are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the CSU Institute for Palliative Care and its planning or supporting partners do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The CSU Institute for Palliative Care and its planning or supporting partners do not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
