- Each workshop awards 3 continuing education credits; morning workshop includes continental breakfast
Main Conference
Includes all conference plenary sessions and breakouts, breakfast and lunch daily, 2 poster sessions, and exhibitor reception, and 10.75 continuing education credits.

To obtain student registration code, complete the Student Rate Request Form. “Students” must be enrolled in an academic credit program or fellowship.

Payment is with credit card or electronic funds transfer. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside the United States, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorize them to allow the charge to the USA to go through.
