Important Dates & Deadlines
Prior to Symposium:
- Deadline to register for Special Opportunity advertising: April 3, 2026
- Deadline to register as a sponsor/exhibitor: April 17, 2026
- Provide logo/graphics no later than: April 24, 2026
- Deadline for sponsorship personnel to register: May 20, 2026

- Set up of exhibit may begin: Thursday, June 4, at 11:00 am
- Removal of exhibits after close of the event: Friday, June 5th, beginning at 12:00 pm
