The Symposium’s intimate setting makes for quality conversations with university faculty, leaders, researchers, students, and health professionals who are advancing the field of palliative care. Important Dates & Deadlines
Prior to Symposium:
- Deadline to register as a Special Opportunity sponsor: April 4, 2025
- Deadline to register as a sponsor/exhibitor: April 18, 2025
- Provide logo/graphics for no later than: April 25, 2025
- Limited room hotel reservation discount rate ends (first come/first served): May 15th, 2025
- Deadline for sponsorship personnel to register: May 22, 2025
Symposium: (6/2– 6/3/2025)
- Set up of exhibit may begin: Monday, June 2, 7:00 am
- Removal of exhibits after close of the event: Tuesday, June 3rd, beginning at 4:30 pm
